How to Request

Guests may cancel or modify their booking through:

Note: Requests are considered valid only after confirmation from our system.

Cancellation Rules

Free Cancellation

Available only if mentioned at the time of booking. Requests must be made 24–48 hours before check-in, depending on the hotel’s specific rules.

Late Cancellation

Requests made within 24 hours of check-in may not be accepted. Once the hotel prepares the room, cancellation requests may be declined.

Non-Cancellable Bookings

Certain bookings are marked as non-cancellable. These conditions are clearly shown at the time of booking.

Modification Rules

All modifications are subject to availability and hotel policy. Modifications may be restricted after the free window.

Allowed Modifications:

  • Change of stay dates
  • Change in guest details
  • Room type changes

Hotel-Side Cancellation or Changes

If a hotel is unable to honor a confirmed booking due to operational reasons: A full refund will be processed, or An alternative service-ready hotel will be offered (subject to availability)

Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, cancellations or modifications will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
